Manager (Outreach), Communications and Engagement Office - Temp 1 Year

About CSA Established on 1 April 2015, the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) provides dedicated and centralised oversight of Singapore's national cyber security functions. It is the national body overseeing cyber security strategy, operation, education and outreach and ecosystem development. It is part of the Prime Minister's Office and is managed by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information. CSA offers exciting opportunities for individuals to be part of our dynamic, multi-disciplinary and committed team shaping Singapore's cyber landscape.

Responsibilities • Support in the execution of outreach programmes to raise cybersecurity awareness and adoption among target audiences such as students, parents, teachers and seniors. (E.g. Provide onsite support at school talks and community outreach events) • Assist in the planning and execution of events (E.g. drafting of publicity materials, liaising with partners, vendors and volunteers and event logistics) • Coordinate with public/private sector partners on initiatives to expand outreach efforts to various audiences • Support the outreach team in developing resources (worksheets, videos) for students, parents, teachers and seniors. • Provide administrative support (E.g. maintaining the student enquiries mailbox, updating event reports and analysing feedback gathered from events)

Requirements • University degree in a relevant discipline • Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing and communications, including events management and content production • Good understanding of multi-channel communications, including new media trends • Proven project management skills • A high-energy individual who is hands-on, results-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment • Strong writing and interpersonal skills This is a temporary position for a period of six (6) months.
