As a Senior Product Designer with Singpass, you will help design and scale one of Singapore’s most important digital platforms. Singpass is the National Digital Identity that powers secure and seamless experiences for individuals and businesses alike. You’ll be part of the Partner Services domain, where we design APIs, tools, and integration experiences that enable partners to adopt Singpass capabilities like Sign, Verify, and more. This role is ideal for experienced individual contributors who enjoy solving complex, system-level problems and mentoring junior designers—with a clear pathway to grow into a future leadership role. You will report directly to the Head of the Design Function at Singpass

What you will work on

• Lead end-to-end design for partner-facing platforms, dashboards, and integration experiences.

• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and policy teams to ensure solutions are secure, usable, and scalable.

• Conduct and apply user research to understand partner needs and identify product opportunities.

• Translate technical requirements into clear, intuitive design solutions with consistent design patterns.

• Mentor junior designers and support design critiques, sharing best practices and guiding growth.

• Contribute to the evolution of our design systems, documentation, and internal tooling.

• Minimum 6 years of product or UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing systems thinking and polished execution.

• Strong interaction and visual design skills, with the ability to simplify complex user flows.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to influence product direction and align stakeholders.

• Experience guiding or mentoring other designers.

• Experience working on B2B platforms, developer tools, or API-based products.

• Familiarity with identity, security, or digital authentication workflows.

• Interest in growing into a team leadership role.
