What the role is
What you will be working on
Responsibilities:
- Drive process improvement initiatives through technology adoption in a research laboratory setting.
- Propose and implement digital solutions to streamline procurement and quality documentation processes.
- Develop and implement new operational models to enhance laboratory supplies procurement efficiency.
- Review and standardise EHI's safety documents to align with NEA's corporate requirements and ISO9001/ISO17025 accreditation standards.
What we are looking for
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience in scientific/research facilities, preferably in laboratory operations and quality management.
- Proven track record in process improvement with experience in implementing digital transformation solutions.
- Knowledge of government procurement policies and procedures.
- Experience in procurement operations and contract management.
- Experience in Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) management systems, including risk assessment, safety documentation and bizSAFE Level 3 (or above) implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
