What the role is
What you will be working on
i. Handling enquiries from members of public and other stakeholders
ii. Data entry, statistics generation and data analytics
iii. Management and supervision of outsourced contractors
iv. Leading enforcement field activities where needed
v. Implementing work process improvement and digitalisation projects
vi. Performing other responsibilities as assigned
What we are looking for
i. Field enforcement and investigation experience would be an advantage
ii. Well organized, resourceful, and meticulous
iii. Be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
iv. Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a wide range of stakeholders
v. Good communication and written skills
vi. Willing to work after office hour.
