The job holder is required to drive, guide, develop and deliver protection systems, such as Counter UAV, patrols robots or IoTs for use in mobile deployments etc. The jobholder is responsible to coordinate with related projects within SPF to ensure interoperability. The jobholder is also responsible to support the system’s operations to meet its availability.

• Develop competent technology capabilities for SPF • Responsible for portable Counter UAV solutions for SPF • Responsible and lead the solutioning for SPF premise/personnel protection with advanced sensors for SPF • Manage the upgrades of projects or systems under his/her responsibility, as well as the continual development, Post Implementation Reports and After Action Reviews of implemented projects. • Manage and develop a cohesive and competent team to deliver the planned and approved ICT initiatives • Ensure the compliance to ICT and procurement policies, standards and procedures

• Tertiary qualification preferably in the field of Engineering • At least 7 years’ leadership/supervisory experience • Strong leadership skills • Ability to work under pressure • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple issues and collaborate with parties with different interests • Meticulous in planning • Possess a strong sense of responsibility, positive working attitude, resourceful • Possess good written and communication skills All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
