The Technical Architecture Office (TAO) is the centralized office that is accountable for all technology/technical outcome in CSA and the subject matter expert to provide Technical and Architecture governance. As Lead Consultant in the TAO, you will spearhead the technical vision and architecture governance for CSA's mission-critical systems. This strategic position drives national cybersecurity architecture standards and leads the transformation of Singapore's cyber defense capabilities.

Responsibilities • Lead the development of CSA's enterprise architecture framework and technical governance, ensuring alignment with national cybersecurity strategies • Establish and drive Zero Trust architecture principles across critical infrastructure and national systems • Architect next-generation cybersecurity platforms leveraging AI/ML, cloud-native technologies, and advanced threat detection capabilities • Define reference architectures for secure cloud adoption across government agencies, focusing on GCC (Government on Commercial Cloud) • Champion DevSecOps practices and secure-by-design principles in system architecture • Lead technical advisory services for national cybersecurity initiatives and major infrastructure projects • Drive innovation in cybersecurity architecture through emerging technologies and international best practices

Requirements • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise/solution architecture, with demonstrated leadership in national-scale or mission-critical systems • Deep expertise in cloud architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, and Zero Trust implementation • Strong background in secure system design, threat modelling, and risk assessment • Experience in architecting complex systems using containerisation, microservices, and cloud-native technologies • Track record of successful stakeholder management at senior government/enterprise levels Technical Expertise: • Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization, and infrastructure-as-code • Hands-on experience with security automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practice • Understanding of national cybersecurity standards and compliance frameworks Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field • Professional certifications: TOGAF, CISSP, or equivalent • Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect) preferred • Security architecture certifications (SABSA/CCSP) advantageous If you share our passion to make a difference in the cyber security landscape, take up the challenge and apply now.
