You develop and maintain a system to deliver environment and hygiene services in the naval bases and maintain the availability of a wide spectrum of base services in the highest readiness state.

- Manage contracted base services affecting personnel welfare - Handle service disruptions and emergency situations - Liaise with service contractors on performance - Support evolving base resident needs - Ensure service quality meets external industry standards - Maintain compliance with Governance and Compliance (G&C) guidelines - Coordinate recovery actions during unforeseen circumstances Challenge(s) - Managing multiple service disruptions under stress and tight deadlines while maintaining service quality within governance guidelines

- Education in Logistics Management or any related field is preferred - At least 5 years of experience in Logistics or Service-related roles - Strong crisis management skills - Stakeholder management experience - Service quality management expertise Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
