The incumbent's roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Project Billings and refunds • Work closely with departments to ensure timely billing and accurate refunds to customers for project jobs • Assist in building of dashboards to facilitate monitoring of project progress • Create and maintain project system master records Financial reporting • Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities including performing reconciliations and allocation of borrowing costs • Prepare the projects related schedules required for financial reporting Grants • Perform grant-related tasks including preparation of grant requests and statements • Perform trust fund reconciliation and reporting System implementation and digital adoption • Involved in the system design and implementation of new financial system • Review, improve and automate work processes for productivity and efficiency by using digital tools such as RPA, Python and AI

• Degree in Accountancy or related discipline • At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered. • A dynamic individual with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Experience in deploying new technology, RPA solutions, analytics tools, and dashboards to support key job functions will be an advantage • Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
