We plan and provide HDB residential car parks and strive to provide a convenient parking experience for our motorists, ensure orderly parking and contribute to building a pleasant living environment for our residents.

You will be part of a dynamic and exciting team responsible to manage HDB parking systems, and be involved in the formulation of strategies, conceptualisation of parking systems and management of car park operations. The scope of the work is wide, and you can expect to do the following: • Plan and manage car park operations, and work with stakeholders and service providers to ensure that service levels and KPIs are met. • Remodel business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements. • Drive business process improvements, including process elimination, simplification, automation, and digitisation. • Work with industry partners and agencies to learn about new technology, and how the technologies can be applied or adapted to improve existing operations. • Leverage on data to maintain oversight and use appropriate techniques to ensure the timely and successful delivery of transformation projects.

• Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field • Possess strong and pragmatic problem solving, analytical, and process improvement skills, and an eye for details. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle complex issues spanning ops and tech domains and to manage contractors, residents and other stakeholders. • Excellent team player with good communication, analytical and inter-personal skills • Candidates with experience in ops-tech integration or experience in managing process improvement projects will have an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcomed too. Successful candidate will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
