The incumbent will be part of the team managing registration policies and operations for healthcare professionals while simultaneously supporting the implementation of regulatory transformation initiatives across the healthcare sector.
The candidate would be required to work with senior management and different stakeholders across different organisations, including dealing with external parties, in a fast-paced environment.

What the role is
What you will be working on
1. Regulatory Transformation Review (RTR)
• Support the implementation of regulatory transformation review to transform Singapore’s healthcare regulatory ecosystem (e.g. assist in regulatory function stocktaking and process mapping, propose improvements to processes, work closely with senior management on transformation strategies, serve as liaison officer between stakeholder agencies, and track project timelines
• Support the communications, engagement and change management plans to stakeholders and staff
• Provide staffing and secretariat support in relation to regulatory transformation review
2. Registration Operations
• Review and manage policies related to healthcare professionals' registration
• Support Board/Council and professional committee meetings
• Provide administrative support to the Boards/Councils
• Handle registration-related matters for healthcare professionals
3. Any other duties relevant to RTR, registration or workgroups (eg. Records Management workgroup) as may be assigned.
Please note that the job scope may be altered as required depending on the progress of the regulatory transformation review.
What we are looking for
• Relevant working experience in administration, healthcare regulations, or business process reviews would be advantageous
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to explore issues from multiple perspectives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Experience in stakeholder management and project coordination
• Able to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
