Its mission is to develop our members to be active citizens and community leaders, by working in partnership with the Singapore Police Force to fight crime and keep Singapore safe. As a Procurement Officer in the NPCC Headquarters (HQ) based in Home Team Academy (HTA), you play a pivotal finance role in the procurement of goods and services for the NPCC.

We are looking for a pro-active and dynamic individual to be part of our General Office Team. You will be trained in the government procurement procedures to handle the various buying and payment options effectively. As a valued member of the team, you will also provide admin support for NPCC HQ in the areas of procurement and registry management.

• Meticulous and independent worker who is able to carry out your responsibilities with minimum supervision; • Possesses effective interpersonal and communication skills; • Good time management and ability to handle pressure; • Prior knowledge or experience in government procurement practices is an advantage; • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Work and PowerPoint) is necessary.
