What the role is
What you will be working on
• Reviews project deliverables (e.g. Requirement Specification, UAT Plan, User Training Manual, etc.), service requests, accounts and access matrix of personnel participating in the project and using the system
• Works with Project Manager and vendor to prepare test scenarios, sign-off Test plan and business continuity process, in the event the system is down for prolonged period
• Promotes system through appropriate communication plans and message (e.g. inform users of new features or enhancements made to the system)
• Obtain feedback and assist to troubleshoot
• Participate in the risk management process e.g. review the risk register to identify potential risks and its corresponding mitigations measures
• Seeks advice and directions from Project Director and Steering Committee to ensure the project is on the right course
• Monitor and ensure budget utilisation, payment milestone is on track for the project
• Liaise with HTA stakeholders to collate, provides project feedback and ensure HTA Centre’s filing taxonomy complies with IM4L requirements
• Attends project training, meetings and other related briefings
What we are looking for
• Job holder who is meticulous, numerate and able to multi-task to manage projects and work with vendor, project manager and HTA stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and resolve teething issues
• Needs to be independent and be able to work well with stakeholders while ensuring job requirements are met
• Needs to be able to have good judgement and problem-solving skills
• Experience in project management will be an advantage
This is a contract post that will expire in Dec 2027.
