The job holder will manage MHA’s talent development efforts through the development and implementation of leadership development and talent management strategies to build a strong pipeline of HT leaders for leadership renewal.
The job holder will be tasked to:
a) Oversee the development of the Digitalisation Masterplan for LD, including the Talent Management System (TMS)
b) Drive and/or support the review and/or introduction of various talent development and engagement initiatives

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Develop technology solutions in line with LD's Digitalisation Masterplan to enhance the effectiveness of day-to-day processes with automation tools
• Work closely with key stakeholders to design and drive the development of the TMS (e.g. design the Talent Database as a core foundation to the TMS, translate business needs / user requirements into system design)
• Work with the team to:
• Organise various talent engagement sessions (e.g. dialogues / small group engagements with senior management)
• Design and implement various talent development initiatives (e.g. workshops for HT LDP officers, mentoring programme)
• Enhance communications to talent groups and supervisors to enable greater ownership of careers
• Lead or support other leadership / career development initiatives (as assigned)
