• Oversee the development of the Digitalisation Masterplan for Leadership Development (LD), including the Talent Management System. • Drive and/or support the review and/or introduction of various talent development and engagement initiatives, to build a strong leadership pipeline for the Home Team.

1. Develop tech solutions in line with LD's Digitalisation Masterplan. Priority areas would be: • Detailed business and user requirements' gathering sessions (MHQ, HTDs) • Design and drive the development of a Talent Database as a foundation to the Talent Management System (TMS); work closely with HRS and vendor/HTX to do so • Enhance effectiveness of day-to-day processes in LD with automation tools 2. Other duties include: • Organise and run various talent engagement sessions (e.g. dialogues, small group engagements with senior management) • Work with team mates to organise various talent development initiatives (e.g. Crisis Comms workshops for HT LDP officers, HT LDP welcome session, Phoenix Community-related work, Home Team Posting Exercise) • Enhanced communications to talent groups and supervisors • Any other new LD/career development initiatives (e.g. domain-specific career track development)

• Job holder is expected to understand the respective LD workstreams, processes, principles/logic, make sense of the interlinkages as well as a good appreciation of stakeholders' (including senior management) future needs to articulate clearly the business requirements and build an effective system. • Job holder will also need to communicate effectively with various stakeholders (e.g. senior management, tech developers, LD team and HTD counterparts) to design and see through the development of the TMS. • Job holder will also need to have a good awareness of digitalisation tools and functions, to design and implement interim tech solutions for the team.
