-Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related quantitative discipline
-A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, interpretation and visualisation, with at least 3 years’ experience in leading teams
-Strong foundational knowledge of data analytics methodologies and analytics skills, with a good eye for detail and possess an aptitude/experience in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
-Good mastery of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
-Advantageous if you have experience in research applications in a client-side context
-Ability to conduct statistical modelling and forecasting
-Ability to integrate and synthesise research and data across multiple sources to derive meaningful conclusions
-Proven track record in engaging relevant stakeholders (within and outside of the organisation)
-Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex data/ concepts and outcomes of analysis in an easy-to-understand manner
-Mature and comfortable presenting to and interacting with people from senior management levels
-Strong organisation and project management skills
-Experience in managing projects with external stakeholders and vendors
-Possess statistical knowledge and comfortable working with numbers
-Proficient in data manipulation and usage of analytics tools e.g. R, SQL, Python.
-Highly self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, adapt to and work effectively in dynamic situations
-Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to work independently
-Strong command of written and spoken English
-Creativity and willingness to advocate new approaches
-Passion for learning new technologies/ tools
-Understanding of economic impact and cost benefit assessment will be an advantage
