What the role is


You will be part of the team that plan land & space and develop plots, buildings and infrastructure for nurseries and farms. Your involvement will include planning for short term and long term for NParks’ Industry Land. This include working with relevant technical agencies and gathering feedback with Industry.

What you will be working on

o    Planning for NParks’ Industry land & space needs 
o    Prepare and work out preliminary design of land
o    Working with relevant technical agencies and stakeholders of the industries served by NParks

What we are looking for


•    Areas of studies in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other related fields of study
•    At least 2 years of relevant experience in planning
•    Competent in using AutoCAD, BIM software, ArcGIS is an advantage 
•    Good listening and interpersonal skills are essential as these positions involves interacting with a wide range of stakeholders
•    Ability to speak Mandarin and dialects will be an advantage to engage stakeholders who may not be English speaking,  
•    The job requires strong analytical, planning, organising and presentation skills
