What the role is
What you will be working on
Facilitate student learning, deliver curricula, develop enrichment and professional development activities, and/or provide project supervision in the following areas:
• Career Development Counselling / Coaching
• Jobs and Labour Market
• Positive Psychology
• Psychometric Assessments
• Counselling and Coaching
What we are looking for
• Qualification in Human Resource Management or its related disciplines
• Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in career services, career coaching, development of educational programme for tertiary education students, training, learning & development (those with direct career services experience in career centre settings would be advantageous)
• Familiarity and experience with career assessment tools leveraging on technologies
• Registration and/or certification with professional career development and/or counselling and/or psychology associations will be an advantage
• Passionate in helping people to achieve their desired career goals
• Knowledge in the career industry and landscape and staying abreast with employment trends in various industries.
