What the role is
What you will be working on
• Manage day-to-day operations of use of parking lots and reserved lot applications, including handling of customers’ requests, queries and appeals
• Assist in investigating, handling and replying to appeals and complaints
• Conduct data and trend analysis to review and formulate policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various work processes
• Conduct business process reviews to identify areas for improvements/streamlining and see through implementation plans
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to plan and conduct user testing, manage system defects, raise Variation Orders/Change Requests and handle necessary follow-up actions for system improvements
• Perform procurement activities when needed including seeking expenditure approval, writing user requirements, and managing contracts
• Assist in budgets and other ad hoc projects as assigned
What we are looking for
• A degree in any discipline
• Prior working experience in application processing, customer support and/or system testing
• Passion for solving business problems and to enhance service delivery
• Good writing, analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Strong systems thinking, analytical skill and good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• Good digital skills. Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI and/or RPA will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Meticulous, proactive and able to perform under pressure
