What you will be working on

• Plan and coordinate the implementation of parking schemes and facilities. This includes evaluating the feasibility of implementing car parks which may require conducting on-site reviews and assessment • Collaborate with agencies and service partners on parking and land-use related matters • Manage the development and enhancement of car park IT management systems • Handle car park projects and related studies • Handle feedback/queries relating to car parking matters including carrying out ground surveys and reviews • Handle collection and analysis of data to facilitate policies/process reviews • Conduct reviews on existing policies and work processes

What we are looking for

• Degree in Social Sciences, Real Estate, Engineering or a related discipline. In the alternative, candidates without a degree should possess 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience • Good project management and digital skills • Good writing, presentation and interpersonal skills • Ability to think on the feet and be resourceful • Proficient in MS Office applications, and other IT systems, e.g. GIS • Fresh graduates may be considered
