What the role is

The Smart Nation Group – Digital Government (SNDG), under the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) and administratively managed by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), plans and prioritizes key Smart Nation and digital government projects, raises the standards of Government ICT and services, builds long-term capabilities for the public sector, and promotes adoption and participation in digital and smart innovations. It takes a whole-of-nation effort, and we will actively engage the public, the industry and fellow agencies as we build a Smart Nation together. This temp position will be managing the admin and logistics for Innovation & Transformation Team's training programmes, including communications with vendors and participants.

What you will be working on

Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative support for training programmes, including managing participant registrations, preparing course materials, and maintaining attendance records. Handle enquiries from participants and trainers via email and phone in a professional and timely manner. • Coordinate training logistics including venue bookings, catering arrangements, and equipment setup. Ensure training rooms are properly prepared with necessary materials and technical equipment before each session. • Process and maintain accurate documentation for the training programme, including participant information, feedback forms, assessment records, and certification requirements. Generate regular reports on programme statistics and participant progress. • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and trainers to ensure smooth programme delivery. Assist in scheduling training sessions and managing trainer availability. • Support budget tracking and administrative payments related to the training programme, including processing claims, invoices, and purchase orders according to established procedures. • Any other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

What we are looking for

Requirements: • Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification required • Previous administrative experience in training, education, or events management would be advantageous • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
