As an Assistant Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Controls), your job role will include, but is not limited to the following:

• Witness testing and commissioning of new equipment at Polder installations, ensuring defects are rectified. • Supervise maintenance of equipment including Low Voltage power systems, pumps, motors, valves, penstocks, actuators, SCADA, instrumentation and other mechanical/electrical/IC systems. • Coordinate inspections with external Qualified Persons (QPs) and Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW). • Troubleshoot and diagnose EMIC equipment faults, ensuring timely repairs to minimize downtime. • Enforce safety measures during equipment maintenance. • Perform electrical switching operations and isolate equipment when necessary. • Assist to maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and work orders. • Assist to develop maintenance schedules for the EMIC equipment. • Assist to the procure maintenance materials and maintenance services, handle Works/Purchase orders and follow up with Completion Certificates and calling quotations. • Assist to manage maintenance contracts and resources to meet key deliverables on time and within budget. • Assist to prepare annual budget, tender specifications and handle tenders/quotations for maintenance works. • Stay updated on industry advancements and recommend system improvements.

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with predictive and preventive maintenance techniques. • Versatile and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. • Possess Class 3 Driving licence · Work location: Polder at Pulau Tekong
