Senior Manager (Product/Systems)

The Services Division (SVC) administers Government services and schemes that enable and encourage family formation. We are looking for individuals who are keen to contribute to MSF's mission of fostering strong and happy families to join our team. This will be an excellent opportunity to hone your skills in planning and executing service delivery projects.

We are looking for experienced individual to be the product lead supporting the Product Owner to manage the entire product development cycle, from conceptualization, to getting buy-in with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering the product to end users. You will be required to: • Work closely with policy, operations, IT and vendor stakeholders to translate scheme parameters into system requirements and operations. • Work closely with Product Owner on system product roadmap, perform UATs, preparing business requirement documents. • Have some experience in process optimisation – able to review as-is processes and propose process improvements. • Review and participate in technical proposal or solution, system design and architecture. • Any other tasks required to enable the success of team deliverables.

• Able to contribute as an individual and work very well in a team. • Open in taking on new tasks with positive and collaborative mindset. • Analytical – able to connect the dots and translate business requirements into system design. • Resourceful – Proactively seeks clarification to ensure alignment with team objectives and has initiative in addressing roadblocks. • Able to engage stakeholders across domains as well as with senior management. • Good written and communication skills. • Self-driven, independent and meticulous. • Relevant work experience in systems and ops work is an advantage.
