The Strategy, Transformation & Organisation Development (STOD) department plays a crucial role in supporting AGC’s vision of being the ‘best law firm in Singapore’. We shape AGC's future through facilitating strategic planning, driving organisational development, and support the implementation of transformative initiatives. We oversee AGC's annual planning cycle, support culture-building efforts, and collaborate closely with our Divisions to ensure successful execution of long-term strategic recommendations.
As part of STOD, you will support AGC's transformation journey by assisting in strategic planning processes and helping to coordinate initiatives between external clients and internal stakeholders. You will help implement and track various work, workplace and workforce development initiatives that contribute to AGC's future growth.

What you will be working on
Responsibilities
• Support the collection and analysis of industry trends, employee feedback, and stakeholder satisfaction data, helping to prepare reports and recommendations for senior management review.
• Assist in coordinating and documenting stakeholder engagement sessions, helping to capture insights and improvement opportunities for AGC's future work, workforce and workplace initiatives.
• Maintain tracking systems and provide regular updates on AGC's transformation initiatives, ensuring proper documentation of project milestones.
• Support the annual planning cycle by coordinating activities, preparing necessary materials, and maintaining half-yearly progress updates.
• Assist in organising and documenting meetings and workshops related to strategic planning and transformation initiatives.
What we are looking for
Requirements
• Degree or professional qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
• Minimally 2 years of relevant experience e.g. in strategic workforce planning, transformation work and service excellence
• Knowledge of strategic planning processes
• Strong analytical skills, preferably with experience in data analysis and strategic planning methodologies
• Able to engage with a wide group of stakeholders to facilitate dialogue and solicit ideas
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
