What the role is
What you will be working on
About the Roles:
We are seeking talented individuals to join STOD in driving AGC's transformation journey. We have opportunities in two key areas:
Strategic Planning and Client-Centricity Focus:
• Support the collection and analysis of industry trends, employee feedback, and stakeholder satisfaction data, helping to prepare reports and recommendations for senior management review
• Assist in coordinating and documenting stakeholder engagement sessions, helping to capture insights and improvement opportunities for AGC's future work, workforce and workplace initiatives
• Maintain tracking systems and provide regular updates on AGC's transformation initiatives, ensuring proper documentation of project milestones
• Support the annual planning cycle by coordinating activities, preparing necessary materials, and maintaining half-yearly progress updates
• Assist in organising and documenting meetings and workshops related to strategic planning and transformation initiatives
Transformation and Innovation Focus:
• Support AGC Divisions in identifying transformation opportunities that align with Future of Work priorities, including conducting gap analyses and tracking implementation progress.
• Assist in organising and facilitating innovation activities such as hackathons and design thinking workshops to strengthen AGC’s innovation culture, including measuring the effectiveness of such activities.
• Support the assessment of emerging technologies and their potential applications within AGC.
• Support project teams in developing and implementing change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis and communication plans to facilitate new ways of working.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across AGC to support transformation initiatives.
What we are looking for

• Degree or professional qualifications in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related fields
• Minimally 2 years of relevant experience in areas such as:
o Strategic workforce planning and service excellence
o Transformation, innovation and change management
o Innovation programme management
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with data and assess technological solutions
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and ability to facilitate dialogue across different groups
• Good understanding of strategic planning processes and/or change management principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive collaborative initiatives
Additional Information:
Candidates will be considered for either role based on their experience, strengths, and preferences, which will be discussed during the interview process. Both roles offer opportunities to shape AGC's future and drive meaningful transformation initiatives.
Successful candidates will be appointed on a contract basis in the first instance.
