You will be a part of HPB’s Parents & Caregivers team, which aims to advance health promotion efforts by going upstream to engage parents-to-be, parents and caregivers to help them adopt positive health habits for themselves and their young children. You will be leading innovation and integration efforts to strengthen HPB’s efforts in parents and caregivers’ engagement and health promotion.
Scope
Managing a small team, you will lead your team to achieve stipulated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the new nation-wide Grow Well SG initiative. As a key member of Parents & Caregivers team, you will have to be comfortable to put on many hats. Your job responsibilities will include:
Lead business development for Out-of-Home parent engagements
Lead and manage out-of-home activations through development, implementation and evaluation of projects/ programmes.
Manage internal and external stakeholders to develop the necessary resources and implement relevant engagement strategies
Guide the team in identifying trends, gaps and ground insights to inform and influence internal and external partners to deliver attractive value propositions to parents and caregivers.
Lead innovations for parent engagement in offline engagements
Set-up and pilot experiments in on-ground activations as part of enriching online-offline (phygital) activations.
Formulate collaborative partnerships with Whole-of-Government agencies and private entities to champion parent-child engagements.
Lead, manage and improve the processes (e.g. vendor management, project management, evaluation of key initiatives), and coordinate with team members as part of project team.
Manage information system (eg dashboard on KPI tracking) and report department’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
What an ideal candidate looks like
An ideal candidate will be a dynamic, driven and self-motivated individual with preferably at least 8 years of relevant working experience in partnership and project management. The candidate should possess the following competencies:
Good leadership competencies including negotiation/influencing and conflict management skills.
Good project management skills with experience preferred in ideas curation and execution, and project management for the required target audience
Good organisation skills, being able to think objectively and able to mulit-task
Good project management skills with experience in project management and implementation
Good written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in creative and human-centered design is a plus
Some proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Understanding on the local parenting landscape
