We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Planning Executive.

You will be required to: - Take charge of assigned development applications, to ensure proposals (in particular, floor area calculations) are in accordance to prevailing guidelines and policies. - Independently assess proposals and put up recommendations to supervisors. Where necessary, coordinate with internal stakeholders to holistically assess proposals, before recommendations. - Convey decisions and provide guidance to both external applicants (e.g. Developers, Architects) and internal stakeholders in ensuring compliance with prevailing guidelines and policies. - Work with internal teams on ongoing projects to improve and streamline work processes, leveraging on technology.

- Meticulous with an eye for detail to scrutinise 2D CAD plans and 3D BIM models. - Good time management, due to the need to complete checks/verifications within service standards. - Able to read 2D CAD and BIM model plans of development proposals (can be trained/picked up over time) - Understanding of GFA rules and principles (can be trained/picked up over time)

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is Singapore's national land use planning authority.
