What the role is

You co-develop and co-implement strategic policies to support MINDEF/SAF.

What you will be working on

- Ensure efficient use of resources in line with strategic objectives - Provide expert advice on existing policies and emerging areas - Develop, recommend and implement governance and regulatory frameworks based on national, regional and international developments - Interface with government agencies to safeguard SAF's requirements and manage conflict resolutions - Attend relevant conferences and coordination meetings Challenge(s) - Being familiar with frequency management and governance, current and emerging technologies, regulatory frameworks and spectrum management practices

What we are looking for

- Education in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or Public Policy - At least 10 years of working experience in relevant areas - Knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) fundamentals - Leadership traits - Good planning abilities - Strong communication skills - Organisational acumen - Multi-tasking capabilities - Ability to engage leadership and stakeholders - Ability to work in fast-paced environment You are required to travel overseas for work.
