What the role is
What you will be working on
As a Manager within the URA Academy, you will:
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to distil knowledge and create engaging learning resources, including multimedia and interactive e-learning content
• Optimize, manage, and maintain digital platforms and content to facilitate seamless learning and knowledge sharing, including piloting new technologies and tools
• Engage stakeholders to identify and facilitate initiatives to create, capture, organise and share knowledge effectively
• Facilitate and organise learning programmes, training courses, talks, seminars
What we are looking for
• A degree in relevant disciplines. In the alternative, candidates without a degree should possess about 10 years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience in L&D and knowledge management
• Familiarity with urban planning and development will be an advantage
• Able to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
• Good written, visual and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong inter-personal, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Passion for promoting knowledge sharing and learning
• Interest in keeping up to date, exploring and using new digital tools and learning technologies, including AI-enabled ones
• Proficient in relevant software applications (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
