What the role is

You are part of a team that contributes towards the shaping and building of desired safety culture within MINDEF/Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF).

What you will be working on

- Identify suitable training opportunities (in-house and external) through training needs assessments with various subject matter experts - Coordinate programme for the community - Manage department finance - Handle procurement matters - Assist in the various safety events including forums, conferences and meetings Challenge(s) - Grasping ongoing developments in the commercial and identifying relevant programme to implement within RSAF - Formulating effective plans on accident prevention - Adopting forward thinking mindset and to identify training opportunities, finance and procurement initiatives relevant for RSAF - Possessing innovative and an open mindset towards performance excellence

What we are looking for

- Ability to work well in a team - Good eye for visuals and attention to detail - Ability to speak and articulate well - Ability to think critically and innovatively - Keen interest in current affairs, military and defence-related matters (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
