You will support departmental projects by performing tasks such as liaising with stakeholders and participants, data collection, cleaning and analysis, and development of research products.

- Perform project administration such as coordination with stakeholders, field-work monitoring, maintenance of equipment, logistics, document preparation, in both office and field environments - Conduct thorough literature reviews to gather relevant information for research projects - Collect data using various methods such as surveys, behavioural observations, interviews, focus group discussions, and experiments, and literature reviews, in both office and field environments - Clean and prepare quantitative datasets to ensure the accuracy and integrity of collected data - Maintain, archive and organise data in databases and spreadsheets - Assist in basic descriptive statistics - Prepare charts, graphs, and tables to present data clearly - Transcribe, clean, and analyse qualitative responses - Create low-code apps to support research activities - Design collaterals and videos to support business operations Challenge(s) - Balancing multiple project requirements while maintaining high standards in both research and technical deliverables

- At least 5 years of relevant experience is preferred - Experience in team environments - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), low-code apps (Power Apps)and SPSS is advantageous - Organised and meticulous in areas of work - Good interpersonal skills and a team player - Good communication skills for liaison with different levels of personnel across the organisation - Interest in both psychology and IT is preferred (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
