
Senior Manager/Manager - Development Management (contract)

What the role is
What you will be working on
You will manage a team of consultants and contractors to deliver projects based on a stipulated timeline and budget. As a project manager, you will also be involved in public engagement and consultation with various stakeholders and approving authorities to facilitate and realise projects that meet desired objectives. Your responsibilities will also encompass project management, including budgeting, cashflow management, design development, and detailed planning for designated parks and park connectors.
What we are looking for
Areas of study in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or related discipline
At least 3 years of related working experience in managing construction projects will be an added advantage
Self-motivated team player, responsible and resourceful with good problem solving and analytical skills
Possess good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Adaptable and able to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
The successful candidate will be placed on a 11-month employment contract. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
