Develop and deliver hands-on training and facilitate project implementation for adult learners, focusing on digital transformation technologies and streamlining of supply chain and logistics processes.

Communicate the benefits of the Centre's consultancy services to potential clients through effective communication and sales techniques.

Contribute to the COI-SCM's knowledge base by documenting project outcomes and best practices, and support outreach events through setup and demonstrations.

Mentor adult learners and students to execute projects

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing technology solutions, with familiarity in applying digital transformation technologies (e.g., Office 365, RPA, low-code platforms, cloud platforms, Python) to automation and digitization projects.

A proactive individual with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
