What the role is
What you will be working on
You will play a key role in leading a team of officers that administers and implements measures and policies to ensure proper collection of vehicle taxes and fees, and licensing of vehicles. You will ensure the effective execution of work procedures and operational performance for new and existing policy initiatives. Interaction with members of public (such as vehicle owners, motorists) is expected in the job. You will also have an opportunity to support the organisation’s Smart Nation initiatives through business process re-engineering and conducting user testing of business systems to enhance the delivery of LTA’s services.
