What you will be working on
Your job responsibilities include:
- Lead the planning and development of after-death facilities and managing consultants and contractors
- Formulate policy and operational strategies to manage disamenities arising from after-death facilities
- Review and develop relevant policies and regulations related to after-death services
- Respond and attend to feedback
- Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as required by work exigencies
What we are looking for
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience
- Experience with development / construction project management
- Experienced in calling and administering public tenders
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
- Attention to details
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
- Self-driven and always ready to strive for improvement
- Good interpersonal skills and enjoy working with both internal and external stakeholders
