What the role is

You lead, execute and oversee the end-to-end ground implementation of complex projects from delivery to operationalisation.

What you will be working on

- Develop details project plans, schedules and resource allocation strategies - Oversee project teams, including internal and external stakeholders - Manage budgets and ensure projects complete within resource allocation timeframe - Conduct regular reviews and provide updates on implementation progress and continuously optimise project management process - Support broader branch taskings when required Challenge(s) - Managing changing requirements, unclear objectives and additional requests - Manage project timelines to avoid delays - Ensuring proper allocation of resources - Managing expectation of stakeholders to align goals and resolve tension

What we are looking for

- Education in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field with relevant working experience in Project Management - Prior experience in managing large scale, complex project is advantageous - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically, resolve issues and make strategic decisions and recommend actions - Strong knowledge and use of project management methodologies and tools (i.e. Agile/ Waterfall) - Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
