As the Product Manager, you will support the development and improvement of the Our Marriage Journey (OMJ) and related service delivery channels at the Registry of Marriages (ROM). This includes (i) translating operational policy directions and operations requirements into the OMJ system parameters and (ii) ensuring the OMJ is developed as a user-friendly and accessible services for couples and stakeholders.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Your role will involve collaborating with partners, internal departments, government agencies and vendor, to:
· Identify necessary or desirable changes for legislative and policy improvements to facilitate technology adoption
· Understand, analyse and streamline ROM processes
· Review and translate business requirements into systems development requirements
· Ensure features on the OMJ systems are implemented within budget, scope and timeline
· Review and analyse data to support daily operations for compliance and efficiency
· Prepare and present submissions to management
· Work on any other tasks assigned by the Registrar
What we are looking for
· Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role with at least 2 - 3 years of working experience
·Strong understanding of user-centric product design and research, and agile methodologies
· Good command of spoken and written English as the position requires regular submissions to management and key stakeholders
· Strong problem-solving skills, result-oriented, resourceful, adaptable and collaborative
· Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
