You will be part of the Employee Relations team responsible for the following roles:
• Formulate and review HR policies, initiatives and processes related to benefits and rewards to ensure that they are relevant, competitive and attractive, taking into account potential implementation issues and compliance with relevant legislation and PSD guidelines. Work with line managers to translate policies and engage employees on implementation
• Develop and implement employee engagement & well-being policies, strategies and initiatives, considering future organisational needs and new trends/developments.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of policies and initiatives that drive employee engagement & well-being and collaborate with stakeholders within the organisation to resolve gaps and challenges
• Engage union and relevant stakeholders to build and maintain effective and harmonious industrial relations
