Roles and Responsibilities: Little Team Nila Programme Management • Support the development of the Little Team Nila youth volunteer programme, including comprehensive curriculum design, school outreach strategies, and youth engagement initiatives across different age groups • To assist in the implement of training modules • To build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, organisations, and community partners to expand programme reach and create volunteering pathways for primary & pre-school • Process and maintain volunteer documentation including parental consent forms, school agreements • Coordinate regular engagement sessions with schools, parents, and volunteers to gather feedback and enhance programme effectiveness Team Nila Awards 2026 • Support overall event planning and execution including venue management, logistics coordination, and programme flow • Support development of event collaterals and materials • Help manage on-site event operations and volunteer deployment during the awards ceremony

This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. • Good knowledge of government procurement policies, processes and procedures • IT system knowledge and computer related skills • Relevant experience in administrative support • Strong project management, organisation and interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and conceptualisation abilities • Able to work well in teams, multi-task and adapt to change • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both in teams as well as independently • Able to engage and communicate with people from diverse social economic backgrounds, different ethnic groups and demographics • Dynamic and motivated individual with a keen interest in continuous improvement and work excellence
