What the role is

You are responsible for career management for regular personnel and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) trained personnel while developing and implementing training programme to enhance their skills and performance.

What you will be working on

- Conduct posting and succession planning - Plan, shortlist and schedule servicemen for courses - Oversee performance ranking boards and promotion matters - Handle recruitment matters - Recruit Senior Military Experts Challenge(s) - Being able to multi-task and take on Human Resource (HR) related projects to improve relevant HR systems and policies

What we are looking for

- Education in HR or Business Administration - At least 3 years of HR management experience - Good communication skills - Strong writing abilities - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
