You assist in providing recommendations on key operational work streams and priorities of the department.

- Facilitate departmental collaboration - Streamline operational workflows to optimise processes and maximise value output of the department - Conduct external research and work with institutes of Higher Learning to derive insights to drive fast and/or long-cycle operational development - Synthesise and provide strategic recommendations to support operations planning and development Challenge(s) - Managing multiple priorities and being able to adapt quickly to change or emerging areas

- Education in Public Policy, Global Affairs or a related field is preferred - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities - Good communication and interpersonal skills (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
