What the role is

The role will be positioned within the Staff Engagement and Development branch, which focuses on strengthening ACE's organisational effectiveness by aligning strategic goals, fostering staff engagement, and developing team capabilities. The branch also ensures seamless corporate support to build and maintain a high-performing ACE team.

What you will be working on

• Organisational Assessment: Conducting comprehensive assessments of an organisation’s systems, structures and culture to identify areas of improvements and develop action plans • Change management: Leading and facilitating change initiatives to help the organisation successfully navigate and adapt to internal and external changes. This involves managing resistance, providing training and support, and fostering buy-in from employees • Team development: facilitating team building activities and interventions to improve team dynamics, communication, collaboration and performance. • Culture Transformation: Assisting in creating and maintaining a positive and constructive culture that aligns with the organisation’s vision and values. This could involve cultural assessments, developing cultural change strategies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Staff Engagement: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation and commitment. This may include identify and addressing engagement gaps and promoting a positive work environment. • Collaboration and relationship building: Collaborating with various stakeholders, including senior management, HR departments and employees to build relationships and gain support for OD initiatives.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years’ experience in organisational development • Analytical with demonstrated ability to develop plans and solutions • Strong interpersonal, good written and oral communication skills and collaboration skills • Ability to design and facilitate focus group engagement sessions • Organised, and excellent in follow-through
