Join a team of procurement professionals and work closely with NYP stakeholders on the procurement of a wide range of goods and services.
What you will be working on
• Handle procurement operations, such as small-value purchase/invitation to quote/request for quote/direct contracting, for all Schools and Corp Depts
• Establish NYP-wide term contracts for commonly used goods/services
• Record keeping and filing of procurement documentation
• Adhere to Government procurement policies and procedures
• Business partner role to Schools/Depts to provide procurement advice, handle contract management issue, and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor contract expiry and liaise with contract owner on renewal
• Contribute to other job-related tasks or project as assigned

• Good team player, self-driven and service-oriented
• Able to multitask and prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under tight timeline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and/or Excel is preferred
