You will be supporting the Smart Nation 2.0 Showcase Project Office on the Heart&Soul showcase as an Intern under Strategy Division.

What you will be working on

You will support the Smart Nation 2.0 Showcase Project Office, comprising officers from MDDI and NLB, in the development and management of the user experience for the Heart&Soul showcase:

Working with relevant stakeholders to refine and execute the build components of the showcase.
Coordinating and conducting guided tours for stakeholder groups, including agencies, schools, PA, and other organisations.
Scheduling and liaising with partners for products interface and other related details leading up to the showcase during the showcase.
Coordinating and managing a volunteer pool to ensure a seamless visitor experience including conducting volunteer briefings and preparing necessary onboarding materials.

You will also assist the Innovation Office/NLB in conceptualising and developing tech prototypes, including identifying pain points, brainstorming innovative features, and defining testing indicators. Additionally, supporting the team by drafting publicity materials for the prototypes, preparing update reports for senior management, and organising and facilitating meetings.

What we are looking for

No preferred course of study, but interest and/or knowledge in events management will be viewed favourably.
Strong interest in engaging with diverse stakeholder groups and possessing excellent communication skills are valuable assets.
Demonstrated interest or knowledge in Singapore's development, including its history and upcoming developments, as well as an understanding of trends in technology development such as GenAI, would be beneficial.
Demonstrated interest or knowledge in curating immersive experiences and exhibitions is advantageous.
