What the role is

You are responsible to review the force structuring and force generation for the organisation to ensure relevancy, parity and alignment with organisational goals.

What you will be working on

- Lead the design and implementation of workforce structures and growth strategies - Continuously assess current workforce structure and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency and adaptability to meet mission objectives and future challenges - Collaborate with Human Resources (HR), department heads, and external partners to forecast staffing requirements - Support broader branch taskings when required Challenge(s) - Managing dynamic organisational goals due to rapid market changes and technological advancements, which may lead to frequent reviewing of workforce requirements - Managing cost and budget constraints to meet organisational goals and requirements

What we are looking for

- Education in Human Resources (HR), Organisational Development or related field - Relevant work experience in workforce planning, organisational design, or related HR functions is preferred - Experience in leading large scale workforce planning initiatives, force structuring, and talent management strategies is advantageous - Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills - Ability to think strategically to resolve complex problems and make data-driven decisions - Adaptability with strong understanding of macro and micro aspects of workforce management (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
