What the role is

You are responsible for planning, managing and monitoring budget allocations, as well as supervising two finance executives.

What you will be working on

- Actively manage the day-today operations budget, in close collaboration with approving officer and system managers - Oversee the end-to-end processing of new financial appointment holder - Serve as Unit Resource Officer (URO) for unit funds and overseas travelling expenses Challenge(s) - Managing and optimising limited financial resources to meet the desired outcomes - Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of finance, procurement, logistics, and manpower policies

What we are looking for

- Education in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or Engineering - At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred - Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills - Meticulous and able to work under stress with minimum supervision - Competent in using Microsoft Office applications (adept in MS Word an Excel) - Knowledge in using SAP will be preferred Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
