What the role is

You play a pivotal role in managing training resources, administration, and facilities, ensuring synchronisation of support through the Army Training Management System.

What you will be working on

- Manage and coordinate training resources based on ITI's needs - Organise and track training administration processes - Oversee local training facilities maintenance - Project training resource demands through Army Training Management System (ATMS) - Synchronise training support packages with backend teams - Coordinate workplans with overall training strategy - Ensure facility readiness and equipment availability Challenge(s) - Responding swiftly to amendments in training resources requirement and supportability

What we are looking for

- Strong resource management abilities - Strong organisational and administrative abilities - Adaptability to respond quickly to changing training needs - Effective communication skills - Problem-solving capabilities Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
