What the role is

You will be part of the team to perform administrative works, carrying out procurement activities (including Small Value Purchases (SVP), Invitation to Quote (ITQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITT) purchases) and events management.

What you will be working on

Your key responsibilities will include: • Planning and organising workshops • Coordinating logistics for events (e.g. catering, venue set-up, preparation of workshop materials) • Managing telecommunication services and related assets • Managing subscriptions including newspaper/magazines/online portals/TV and related assets • Managing office equipment • Manage visitors, rooms and facilities booking • Resource booking system management • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we are looking for

• Background in logistical / administration management • Good interpersonal and communications skills; able to engage diverse stakeholders • Meticulous and able to work under tight timeline • Good writing, analytical and problem solving skills • Able to start immediately or within short notice period We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
