We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior/Assistant Director (Facilities, Infrastructure and Sustainability), Corporate Operations Division, reporting to Deputy Director. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting related facilities and infrastructure projects and initiatives in MTI. This work will involve engaging stakeholders from different levels including Political Officer Holders, senior management and officers from the Divisions and MTI’s Statutory Boards as well as external Government agencies and service providers.

• Manage the workplace facilities, operations, repairs, maintenance, and improvement works to ensure that the office premises are well-maintained, and that the operating expenditure is within budget. • Support related administration work and sustainability plans and initiatives in MTI.

• Experience in facilities management work and/or project management in workplace infrastructure. • Familiarity with office space management and planning. • Knowledge in sustainability work. • Good writing and communication skills and able to express complex ideas simply. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage people at all levels and with multiple stakeholders. • Able to work independently and in a team.
