[What you will be working on]
As part of the Investigations team, you are responsible for certain investigative and administrative functions within the Division. Apart from looking into violations of the Road Traffic Act, other Acts under LTA’s charge and their subsidiary legislations, this role requires you to be familiar with the end-to-end investigations process and perform functions such as violation report analysis, creation of investigation papers and statistics collation. You are also required to monitor case outcomes and take certain administration actions to ensure proper case settlement and closure. You would also be involved in handling feedback that may arise from investigations conducted and handle general enquiries, made by members of public, motorists or other agencies.
[What we are looking for]
• Knowledge in any discipline;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in investigations and or enforcement functions preferred;
• Some experience in customer service would be beneficial;
• Good communication, writing, interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills;
• Meticulous and resourceful; and
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
