DEPUTY/ASSISTANT MANAGER, STRATEGIC ENGAGEMENT & COLLABORATIONS (COMMUNITY COMMUNICATIONS & ENGAGEMENT)
[What you will be working on]
We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager, Strategic Engagement & Collaborations (Community Communications & Engagement) to drive community communications efforts in support of LTA’s Friendly Streets programme as well as other LTA’s engagement efforts.
This role involves creating and managing diverse communication materials for physical and digital platforms, overseeing vendor relationships, coordinating internal approvals, and proactively tracking and analysing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure effective project delivery and successful community outreach.
The officer will have the opportunity to coordinate various engagement and partnership projects.
Responsibilities
• Develop an overall community communications & engagement strategy in
partnership with the Community Partnership Network (CPN) team to foster
understanding and support for LTA’s Friendly Streets programme.
• Oversee the development of communications materials to support
community engagement efforts across different platforms – including
physical platforms, such as roadshows, exhibitions, community events, and
door-to-door engagements, as well as digital platforms, such as Digital
Display Panels, and other social media or instant messaging apps.
• Procure design services, manage external vendors and coordinate vetting
within LTA for community communications materials in alignment and
adherence to LTA’s corporate brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the CPN team to develop, implement, and monitor the
community communications plan, ensuring alignment with project
milestones and objectives.
• Proactively monitor, track and analyse KPIs for projects to ensure the
delivery of key outcomes.
• Oversee partnership projects, as and when needed, that serve to build
greater affinity for LTA and its work.
• Proactively monitor, track and analyse KPIs for projects to ensure the delivery

[What we are looking for]
• Knowledge/Relevant field in English Language, Mass Communications or
Design Management
• At least three years of relevant experience in community engagement,
marketing communications or graphic design
• Experience with desktop design tools (e.g., Photoshop or Canva) would be
a plus
• Strong organisational, communication, presentation and inter-personal
skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
